- Any other issues affecting your quality of life.
Body In Motion’s registered psychologists are highly-skilled experts with plenty of practical psychology experience. They also have specialist health knowledge and are dedicated to keeping up-to-date with new methods of understanding and treating psychological issues.
Injury-based care – ACC-funded services
If you’ve experienced a physical injury and/or a psychological injury (such as anxiety, depression or post-traumatic stress disorder) as a result, you can receive ACC-funded psychological support. In these situations our Body In Motion psychologists adopt a team-based approach, focusing not just on the injury but on the whole person so that recovery is maximised regardless of the degree of harm.
Employer-funded services (EAP)
When personal or work-related problems are impacting on work performance or wider health and wellbeing some employers provide psychological assistance. When possible, we feed information back to employers so that they can use this to maximise employee wellbeing and lift productivity in the workplace.
Private clients
Anxiety, depression, stress, relationship problems, and chronic health conditions … these are just some of the issues our Body In Motion psychologists can help private clients with.
Psychologist consultations can be individual or group sessions. All consultations are confidential.
