Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) 2010, Astym certified therapist, OCS 2015-2025

Christy completed her Physiotherapy training in the United States in 2010. She worked in the US for 10 years, earning a Clinical Specialization in Orthopaedics and an Astym certification. She has since spent time traveling with her family, living in Trinidad and Tobago for several years and moving to New Zealand in 2024. As a physiotherapist, she loves to help people move better and learn more about themselves in order to meet their goals. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her three children, reading, and being active outdoors.
