I am a qualified physiotherapist with 20 years of experience, having graduated from Auckland University of Technology (AUT) in 2004. For the past 16 years I ‘ve been based in New Plymouth, working in private practice with a strong focus on musculoskeletal injuries. I am passionate about helping patients return to full function and resume the activities they love. Recently I have developed a growing interest in acupuncture and have begun integrating it into my practice to complement traditional hands-on physiotherapy techniques. I have a strong focus on manual therapy. Outside work, I enjoy staying active with walking, going to the gym, and paddle boarding, as well as unwinding with a good book.
