I moved to Tauranga nearly 22 years ago and now enjoy living in Papamoa.  With a background of both administration and wellness therapies I am excited to be a part of Body in Motion to continue my path in a wellness environment. I love family gatherings, catching up with friends and supporting the local cafes with my mild coffee addiction. Regular rather than occasional yoga  classes and strength training is my focus for the future along with walks along the beach/walkways.
