Physiotherapy BSc (Hons) – Post Graduate Certificate of Proficiency – Neurological Rehabilitation

After graduating in 2015, I have practiced as a physiotherapist in both the UK and NZ. This has included working at a rugby club, being a senior physiotherapist in the NHS, working for Te Whatu Ora rehabilitation services in Waikato and providing specialist input to those with concussion and severe brain injury in Auckland, including the New Zealand Defense Force.

I have experience helping people recover from a variety of injuries and illnesses, although my passion is supporting those with serious conditions to regain their independence, keep active and find their way back to doing the things that bring them fulfillment. My skills include treating specific types of dizziness; tailored exercise prescription; gait, mobility and balance training and guiding with a graded return to sport and work.

Interests: Outside of work I enjoy spending time outdoors, exploring nature and training for long distance race.
