Zoe graduated with BSc Physiotherapy cum laude from Stellenbosch University and after practising in South Africa for 2 and a half years, she is enthusiastic about contributing meaningfully to a collaborative and dynamic healthcare environment here in New Zealand.

With her background as a professional ballet and contemporary dancer, Zoe has a deep understanding of movement analysis, body conditioning, and sports-related injuries. Her journey from dance to physiotherapy was a natural progression, driven by her love for movement and desire to help others achieve their goals.

Passion is what motivates Zoe. With her physiotherapy expertise, professional dance background, and ongoing training in Pilates and yoga, Zoe strives to offer a holistic, client-centered approach that integrates clinical knowledge with movement-based rehabilitation to help her clients achieve their optimal performance post-injury and in everyday life!

In her spare time you’ll find her in the ocean or mountains, probably dancing.

Interests: Back pain, headaches, sports injuries and prevention, return to sport/hobbies/work/activities of daily living.
